Pacific World’s 24 Key Team Members
Qualified with SITE’s Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) Recognition
SINGAPORE (May 23rd, 2018)
Pacific World is proud to share that 24 of its team members have received the Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) certification from the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE). The program is exclusive to SITE members who have been in the incentive travel industry for at least five years and provides a broad comprehension of the industry to reach higher levels of professionalism.
The initiative is part of the Pacific World’s global strategy to provide its team with tools and development skills to improve the way incentives experiences and incentives programs are designed.
“We are extremely honored that so many members of our team have been recognized with this valued certification,” said Selina Chavry, Global Managing Director at Pacific World. “It has become exceptionally important to create engaging experiences that connect with destinations and people, and knowing every single aspect of the incentive and experience design is essential. Education and training, such as SITE’s CIS program, provide important tools for success.”
The 24 Pacific World team members who were certified represent different global offices including Singapore, Thailand, Shanghai, Beijing, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India holding various positions such as Head of Sales and Management. In its continued efforts for educational training, Pacific World will be continuing to certify new team members from Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
“I applaud Pacific World for investing in professional education for their employees. In today’s fast moving and ever-changing environment, it is critical for companies and their employees to be at the top of their game. When an incentive professional carries the CIS designation it signifies their expertise in the fundamentals of incentive program design, what motivates people to achieve greater levels of performance, and the positive impact of incentive travel on business results,” commented SITE CEO Didier Scaillet, CIS.
