Meetings

The key to interpersonal communication

Interpersonal communication has always been a powerful factor for business and is the main reason that people take time to travel thousands of miles to meet in person. In order to enable and moderate the dynamics of face-to-face meetings, Pacific World is the key to creating extraordinary settings and unusual experiences, which help guests to open their minds.

With emotionally engaging and surprising experiences, new perspectives open up. That’s why we work to create unique, unrepeatable meetings based on groundbreaking originality, high-quality service, the choice of just the right destination and enormous care taken over each and every detail.

Our corporate meetings respond to the highest level of expectations. Simple or complex, small or large, the principles of organization are always based on good communication, careful planning and attention to detail. The experience of our people coupled with creativity and logistical expertise ensures the results you are looking for:  open minds, fluid communication and an atmosphere that will encourage a meeting that delivers results.

Inspiring results: Encourage excellence at every meeting

When Pacific World takes on a new project our first task is to find the right environment and activities to encourage participants to challenge their preconceptions, open a healthy exchange of ideas and, together, find a new perspective.

A German technology company wanted to meet to analyse a series of innovative engineering products. What better place to kick-off the meeting than with a visit to one of history’s greatest engineering feats: the Great Wall of China? Break out sessions at different locations in China’s booming capital city, followed by a special gala event in the Forbidden City made sure that every participant brought something new to the table. The result: a new product line was identified and successfully prepared for launch on the market.
