Incentives

Inspiring destinations

In today’s highly competitive business environment the motivation and reward of personnel or customers has become a key operational policy. Incentive programmes increase loyalty and devotion, while helping to strengthen relationships within your company.

Pacific World designs and implements creative incentive programmes of high quality, flexibility and attention to detail. Working closely with you, we present our proposals according to your specifications and motivation. Recreational pursuits, sailing trips, group activities, meals, gala events, travel rest, spas and many other incentive trips are all examples of activities that help to promote corporate goals. But Pacific World always seeks to deliver something extra: our experienced and professional team is constantly looking for innovative and creative ideas that can help you to reward your staff or customers with a truly memorable experience.

An incentive is an appreciation of services rendered and also a motivation for the future. The more unusual it is, the longer lasting the effect on the participants and the stronger the incentive to reach defined goals. For this reason the incentives from Pacific World don’t just lead to special locations, but also open up completely new experiences – so that a short period of time leads to a moment that is cherished forever.

Inspiring results: A trip to remember

A global retail organisation decided to reward the success of its key sales management teams with a tailor-made trip to one of the most attractive destinations in southern Europe. Participants arrived from different countries and were immediately given an insight into Spanish culture with an ice-breaking flamenco session in Madrid. Other activities included a ‘clandestine’ dinner at a secret gastronomic club in Barcelona, a ‘fiesta’ in a Spanish square and a host of other cultural and entertainment activities. The result: a genuine experience for everyone involved, and an incentive for future employees to always deliver to the best of their abilities.
