• Professional guidance by PACIFIC WORLD DESTINATION EAST's Event Team in the selection of hotel(s) best suited to the culture of the event.

• Conduct hotel inspections with Event Organiser for better understanding of the property/properties.

• Securing the appropriate number of hotel rooms and suites.

• Contracting and negotiating hotel rates.

• Act as accommodation bureau.Close monitoring of room demand and penalty dates.

• Status report on a monthly basis, then on a weekly basis from 90 days out.
