IMEX America 2016 findings: Insights & Trends
Meetings and incentive planners were now searching for immersive activities that infuse local flavour – New ways to view and discover the authentic side of a destination.
Return on engagement was the key amongst the 300 appointments we had during the show.
FRESH Ideas and new products are demanded by an audience of mixed generations. The Millennials however, are highly influential, influencing the direction, design and execution of meetings, events and incentives programs.
The ability to stimulate, inspire and educate were key goals of most of the incentives and meeting programs.
Attendees are looking for exotic and cultural adventures, especially in the emerging destinations.
